Dr. Michael Saulter has been in private practice since 1992 and located in Newport Chiropractic since 1993. Formerly from Waterville Maine, he graduated from Bowdoin college in 1988 and Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1992. He received a post graduate certification in sports injuries from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1995. Dr. Saulter has extensive post graduate training in occupational injuries through the International Academy of Occupational Health Consultants. Besides the sports and occupational programs, Dr. Saulter consistently participates in continuing education programs in the area of cumulative trauma, manipulation, soft tissue treatment techniques, rehabilitation, exercise prescription, nutrition, etc. He is currently participating in a nutrition masters course. Dr. Saulter comes from a family of chiropractors which includes three brothers with seven offices throughout the state of Maine.
